Flat Rate Shipping A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders. We subsidize a portion of the actual shipping cost because we believe getting your new bag to you shouldn't break the bank.

Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $500 CAD.

Carriers We ship via Canada Post or UPS, selected based on your location and the best available rate at time of fulfillment.

Processing Time Each Ruya Creations piece is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination within Canada, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
